Shochiku Games, a division of Shochiku Co., Ltd.,is excited to announce its co-publishing partnership for the cooperative survival horror game ‘Invokyr’, developed by French studio Ludogram.
Since the demo’s release on Steam this June, it has already surpassed 1 million downloads and achieved a ‘Very Positive’ review rating. We are thrilled to reveal that the Japanese title has been officially finalized as ‘Invokyr’, and the Early Access version will launch on Thursday, October 8th at 5:00 PM (JST)!
The demo is currently available to play on Steam. Be sure to check it out as you look forward to the October 8th release.

- A survival horror experience where you must escape a cursed board game
Manipulated by a mysterious ‘Game Master,’ players step onto a cursed board brought to life. In this unpredictable game, you must find a way to survive through ever-shifting nightmarish landscapes, deadly traps, and dark curses. Reaching the goal grants you a chance to escape with your life.
- Unpredictable gameplay where every roll of the dice brings unexpected twists
Featuring over 15 types of monsters and more than 20 events, the dynamic rules and randomized scenarios ensure that every playthrough unfolds in unexpected ways. To overcome these ever-changing trials, players can utilize over 12 different types of dice with unique effects, along with cursed statues that grant special abilities — but be warned: immense power comes with equally high risks. Additionally, you can purchase enhancement items and various gadgets, allowing you to steadily upgrade your abilities in preparation for the trials ahead.
- Supports simultaneous play for up to 6 players
Supporting online multiplayer, the game lets up to 6 players join forces in cooperative play. Work together… or leave someone behind. Face the horror together with your companions.
